Founded 15 years ago by Mr. Srimal Wickremasinghe and his wife, Mrs. Anne Wickremasinghe, Ceylon Travelex began as a family business promoting Sri Lanka's hidden gems to the world. Later joined by childhood friends Mr. Chamara Chandrasekara and Mrs. Chanika Chandrasekara. These four directors shared one inspiration, the desire to travel. With this resolution, they are eager to carry forward Ceylon Travelex. The company now specializes in luxury and ultra-luxury travel, offering customized itineraries to showcase the island's exclusive destinations.

Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA USA), Chartered Manager (CMgr), Fellow member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) & Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) in the UK, with a Master's in Business Administration from Asia E University of Malaysia. With over 25 years of experience, Srimal excels in strategic planning, sales and marketing, textile sourcing, supply chain management, and business administration. He is also a board member of six other companies in Sri Lanka. "I have a particular taste in travelling, while it should be adventurous and memorable I mustn't get too exhausted. I travel to relax."
